Italy - Lasagna

A classic that doesn’t need any introduction, with the ground meat you can layer between sheets of pasta and cheese to make a delicious Lasagna. A staple from Italy and something you can make by breaking up Crossover Blends



Egypt - Kofta

Kofta comes from the Middle East so you know it will be delicious because of the mix of spices! By mixing the ground meat with sweet paprika, cayenne pepper. ground pepper, salt, garlic, onion and some parsley, you get a new and mouthwatering combination of flavors.



Mexico - Chili

Chili or Chili Con Carne as it is known traditionally is a spicy stew made in Mexico containing chili peppers, ground meat, tomatoes and either pinto beans or kidney beans. Some additional seasoning may include onions, cumin and garlic.



France - Cottage Pie

Cottage Pie or otherwise known as Shepherd's Pie is a fairly straightforward dish from France. It’s a layer of cooked meat topped with mashed potatoes! So simple! You can probably add some spices here or there but it’s really as simple as that.



Lebanon - Kibbeh

With this being the national dish of Lebanon, this is made by pounding bulgur wheat and meat together into a fine paste, mixing it with pine nuts and some spices and forming it into ovoid shapes, this can then be deep fried or grilled.



Thailand - Pad Kra Pao

A common street food found in Thailand and an easy to make meal from Southeast-Asia where you simply stir fry Ground meat, spicy peppers and some Thai basil. It definitely is a Thai favorite and a mouthwatering dish.
