CHICKEN. ELEVATED.
You already made the smart move to chicken. Over the last 50 years, more of us have shifted away from beef, for the price, for the health, for the planet. It was the right call. It just came with a catch: plain ground chicken doesn't taste like dinner. It's bland. The beef you left behind cooks and browns like it means it. We started Crossover because we didn't think you should have to choose between the smart decision and the satisfying one. So we built a better way to make meat — using meat. Real chicken, blended with real beef, lamb, or pork, so it cooks, browns, and tastes the way you expect ground meat to. Not a substitute. Not a compromise. Just chicken, elevated.
Health
Our chicken-based blend delivers more protein and less fat than conventional ground beef, pork, or lamb, plus naturally occurring iron your body actually absorbs.
And unlike a lot of what's marketed as "better beef" these days, ours doesn't need a claims label to back it up — no soy, no fillers, no gluten, no bioengineered ingredients, no artificial anything.
Just the same short, simple ingredient list beef has always had, in a blend that's naturally lighter and easier to digest.

Inflation-Resistant
Better nutrition shouldn't be a luxury tax. Because we start with whole chicken breast, Crossover consistently costs less than 85/15 or 80/20 ground beef.
We built our pricing to hold up against inflation, so the families who need an affordable dinner and the families who care about protein and clean ingredients don't have to be two different audiences. Eating well shouldn't require a bigger budget. It just requires an elevated blend.
Sustainability

The shift from beef to chicken already happened for reasons that had nothing to do with saving the planet — price, health, convenience. Turns out it's also one of the most meaningful climate decisions in food, and we're building on it. Crossover's blend uses up to half the land, water, and emissions of conventional beef, without asking you to change how you cook, what you eat, or what dinner tastes like.
