At Crossover, we are so confident that our products taste just like their 100% beef, pork or lamb counterparts that we are offering a money back taste guarantee on our products. ​If you are not fully satisfied with the taste of our products (as in you don't agree that it tastes like beef, pork or lamb) we will refund you the cost. If you just don't like the taste of beef, pork or lamb, we just have to ask - why the pork not?!

 

To be eligible for a refund, you must submit the following items:

1) Actual UPC from Crossover Meat packaging. 

 

2) Original product receipt that shows a purchase date between January 1, 2021, and December 31, 2021, with the line item circled or highlighted (photocopies of receipts will not be accepted). 

 

3) Completed Refund Form.
